    شكري أحمد مصطفى يذكر في أول ترجمته: كان عضوا بجماعة الإخوان المسلمين حتى اعتقل عام ١٣٨٥ هـ، ولم يفرج عنه إلا في عام ١٣٩١ هـ، حيث بدأ في تشكيل جماعة جديدة هي «جماعة المسلمون» والتي أطلقت عليها أجهزة «الأمن» ووسائل الإعلام جماعة «التكفير والهجرة» (٤).
