    حسين عبد علي المؤمن (١٣٣٣ - ١٤١٤ هـ- ١٩١٤ - ١٩٩٤ م) حقوقي. ولد في بغداد. تخرج في كلية الحقوق. عين في مراكز قضائية في بغداد والحلة والبصرة. كان عضوا في جمعية الكتاب والمؤلفين، وعضو جمعية الحقوقيين، وحضر مؤتمرات المحامين العرب داخل العراق وخارجه. من مؤلفاته المطبوعة: نظرية الإثبات، ١٣٦٨ - ١٣٩٥ هـ، وله أبحاث عديدة نشرت في مجلات قانونية واجتماعية (١). حسين المؤمن
