يوسف محمود خماخم (٠٠٠ - ١٤٠٩ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٨٩ م) تربوي، مكتبي. من أعلام مدينة صفاقس بتونس. عمل في حركة الشبان المسلمين، وهو من المؤسسين للمكتبة اللخمية وكان أول حافظ لها، وقد توسع في نظامها لتكون مؤسسة ثقافية وتعليمية، فأصبحت معهدا للدروس الليلية، تهيء الناشئة للإحراز على دبلوم العلوم التطبيقية. كما عمل في نطاق الجامعة الدستورية، والمستقبل الرياضي الزيتوني، وتعليم الخط والعربية، وفي مجلس اللجنة الثقافية في الستينات الميلادية. وهو من أساتذة الفرع الزيتوني للبنات بصفاقس. وكتب في مجلة «القلم» (٢).
