يوسف زين العابدين (١٣٥٦ - ١٤٠٦ هـ- ١٩٣٧ - ١٩٨٦ م) طبيب، داعية. تركي الأصل، عراقي النشأة. ولد في مدينة كركوك، درس الطب في تركيا، وتابع دراسته العليا في ألمانيا، متخصصا في الجراحة العامة، ثم في جراحة الأوعية الدموية. ومكث في ألمانيا خمسة وعشرين عاما. وكان داعية، ينفق وقته وماله في سبيل دعوته. دمث الأخلاق، طيب القلب، محبا للخير، وكان همزة وصل بين الدعاة إلى الله من العرب والأتراك والألمان. توفي يوم الأحد ٢٦ ذي الحجة الموافق ٣١ آب (أغسطس) إثر عملية جراحية أجراها في أحد مستشفيات برلين بعد إصابته بجلطة في قلبه، ودفن في مقبرة الأتراك ببرلين (٢).
