منّة الله الرحماني بن محمد علي المونجيري (٠٠٠ - ١٤١١ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٩١ م) عالم الهند الكبير. وهو نجل العلّامة محمد علي المونجيري مؤسس ندوة العلماء. شغل مناصب عديدة، وظلّ رئيسا لكثير من المؤسسات الإسلامية، مثل رئاسة الإمارة الشرعية في ولايتي بهار وأريسة. كما رأس هيئة الأحوال الشخصية للمسلمين في الهند إلى مدة، ثم اختير أمينا عاما لها. وكان عضوا للمجلس التنفيذي لندوة العلماء ومجلس الشورى لدار العلوم- ديوبند إلى آخر أيام حياته. ونشاطه العلمي والديني في تأسيس المحاكم الشرعية الإسلامية ودور القضاء معروف. توفي ليلة الأربعاء ٣ رمضان (٣).
