فوزي رسمي النابلسي (١٣٤٥ - ١٤٠٩ هـ- ١٩٢٧ - ١٩٨٩ م) فقيه مشارك. ولد بدمشق، وتلقى العلم على الشيخ علي الدقر، وعبد الوهاب دبس وزيت، ونايف العباسي. حصل على الإجازة من كلية الشريعة بجامعة دمشق، ودرّس في مدارس الدولة، ثم عيّن خطيبا في مسجد الفواخير، فمسجد فضل الله البصروي، ومنه إلى التدريس في مسجد الزهراء بالمزة. كان له نشاط كبير في التعليم والوعظ وقضاء المصالح، فكان عضوا في لجنة بناء مسجد الزهراء، وعضوا في الجمعية الغراء. عرف بتمكنه من الفقه الحنفي، إلى جانب مشاركته في علوم عدة. توفي يوم الجمعة ٥ رجب.
