عبد الملك البرقاوي (١٣٣٨ - ١٤٠٥ هـ- ١٩١٩ - ١٩٨٥ م) دبلوماسي، مناضل وطني. عبد الملك البرقاوي ولد في مدينة الكاف بتونس، وحصل على الثانوية من المدرسة الصادقية، ثم بمعهد كارنو، ثم الدراسات العليا في الآداب والحقوق من فرنسا، وانتخب مسؤولا لجمعية طلبة شمال إفريقيا المسلمين. عين مستشارا بالسفارة التونسية في باريس عام ١٩٥٧ م، وسفيرا في بلغراد عام ١٩٦٠ م، ثم سفيرا في لاهاي، ثم في سويسر، فالنمسا، فالفاتيكان. وحصّل عدة أوسمة (٦).
