عبد الله بن حمد السناني (١٣٥١ - ١٤٠٩ هـ- ١٩٣٢ - ١٩٨٨ م) شاعر. ولد بمدينة عنيزة في السعودية، ونال فيها الشهادة الابتدائية، وتقلب في وظائف تعليمية مختلفة. توفي في ٢١ محرم. له شعر فصيح، منه أبيات من قصيدته «الوطن»: جبل الفؤاد على محبة موطن ... وهفا لذكرى الصيف في واديه لا أسمع الساعي بمدحة غيره ... وأنا الأصم به عن التسفيه من جوّه روحي، وبعض ترابه ... جسدي، فهأنذا أفديه وقضيت فيه طفولتي وحداثتي ... وليست أبراد الشباب بتيه ونسجت أحلامي العذاب ولذّ لي مستقبلي إذ طاب لي ماضيه (٢)
