عبد اللطيف حسين عتر (١٣٤٣ - ١٤١٢ هـ- ١٩٢٤ - ٢٩٩٢ م) من علماء حلب. وهو من تلاميذ الشيخ محمد النبهان. عمل إماما وخطيبا في جامع الترمانيني، ودرّس في الجامع الكبير، ومسجد الفرقان دروس التجويد والتفسير، بالمدينة نفسها. ومن تلاميذه الدكتور عبد الناصر بشعان البدراني (٢).
