عبد القادر صادق بركة (١٣٣٠ - ١٤٠٦ هـ- ١٩١٠ - ١٩٨٦ م) فقيه، لغوي، أصولي. ولد في بلدة القدم بدمشق، وقرأ على علماء دمشق. كان نشاطه في جامع باب المصلى وجامع منجك، وتولى الخطابة والتدريس والإمامة في جامع القدم الكبير مدة طويلة، وأنشأ في هذا الجامعمكتبة ما زالت عامرة. أقرأ كثيرا من الطلاب، وله طلاب عديدون تخرّجوا في معهد التوجيه الإسلامي الذي أقرأ فيه نحوا من عشر سنين. وكان له في القدم مجلس، اشتهر باسم مجلس الخميس، درّس فيه شرحي البخاري ومسلم للقسطلاني والنووي. كان متواضعا لا يحب الظهور، وقالوا إنه نسخة عن شيخه محمود العطار. انتهت إليه الفتوى في بلدته (٣).
