عبد الحارث مدني (٠٠٠ - ١٤١٥ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٩٥ م) محام. توفي أثناء احتجازه في أحد أقسام الشرطة في ٢٤ نيسان (أبريل) بمصر.وقد تفاقمت المواجهة بين الحكومة والإخوان المسلمين بسببه، كما تفجّر الخلاف بين الطرفين إثر المصادمات بين الشرطة والمحامين الذين حاولوا التظاهر احتجاجا على وفاة المترجم له (١).
