حمد بن عبد اللطيف الطيار (٠٠٠ - ١٤٠٩ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٨٩ م) فقيه جعفري. من كبار فقهاء الأحساء بالسعودية وأدبائها، توفي عن عمر ناهز المائة بعد رجوعه من حج عام ١٤٠٩ هـ، وقد كانت له مشاركات واسعة في المجتمع، من خلال الدعوة والإرشاد والتوجيه الديني في المساجد والمنتديات الأدبية الأخرى (٥).
