حمد بن علي الصّقيّة (١٣٤٠ - ١٤١٣ هـ- ١٩٢١ - ١٩٩٣ م) الوجيه الفاضل. هو حمد بن علي الصقيّة الوهبي التميمي الحائلي. من كبار وجهاء مدينة حائل (بالسعودية) والمحسنين بها. أوقف أوقافا على جماعة تحفيظ القرآن الكريم. وكان ذا ديانة واستقامة، يحرص على حل المشكلات الاجتماعية (٤).
