حامد بن ناصر النزوي (٠٠٠ - - ١٣٩ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٧ م) مدرّس، فقيه. ولد في بلدة بسيا من أعمال بهلا في سلطنة عمان، وانتقل إلى نزوى لطلب العلم، واهتم بعلوم اللغة، وخاصة علم النحو، فعيّن مدرّسا في نزوى قبل عهد سالم بن راشد، واستمر في التدريس حتى عهد الخليل، وتخرّج على يديه جملة من تلامذته وصاروا فقهاء وقضاة. وكان ينظم الشعر، وله مسائل فقهية. توفي في أواخر القرن الرابع عشر الهجري (٣).
