ثابت بن سعد بهران (١٣١٤ - ١٤٠٨ هـ؟ - ١٨٩٦ - ١٩٨٨ م؟ ) الفقيه العالم. ولد بمحل بني حبش ببلاد كوكبان من اليمن، ورحل إلى صنعاء في شبابه، فدرس بها على العلامة إسماعيل بن علي الريمي، وأحمد بن علي الكحلاني، وزيد بن علي الديلمي، والمسند الحسني العمري وغيرهم، وقد نال الإجازة منهم. درّس بالجامع الكبير وبالمدرسة العلمية ومسجد الطواشي وغيرها. كان حسن المحاضرة، جيد المذاكرة، جمع كتبا كثيرة نفيسة ووقفها بمكتبة الجامع الكبير، وكان يشتريها ويوقفها. توفي بصنعاء باليمن (١).
