أبو بكر بن الهادي باكير (١٣٣٥ - ١٤٠١ هـ- ١٩١٦ - ١٩٨١ م) مناضل دستوري. تحمل العديد من المسئوليات في تونس، وحكم عليه من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية بالسجن والإبعاد، وأودع بعدة سجون .. ولم يطلق سراحه إلا في نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية. في عام ١٩٥٦ م عمل قنصلا عاما لتونس بباريس .. وكانت آخر مسئولياته السياسية إسناد عضوية اللجنة الاستشارية للمناضلين إليه (٢).
