٣٤٠) الحسن بن علي الطوسي أبو علي الحافظ: " له تصانيف ورحلة، ذكره الحاكم في "تأريخ نيسابور" وأثنى عليه، وأبو علي الخليلي في "الإرشاد"، وقال: "سمع من عشرة من أصحابه، وله تصانيف تدل على معرفته"، وكانت وفاته سنة اثنتي عشرة وثلاثمائة، والله أعلم.". "النكت" (٢/ ٤٣١).
