١٤٤٧ - يحيى بن مسعود بن على بن أحمد المحاربى (٤) المعروف بابن مسعود. قاضى الجماعة بحضرة غرناطة، ممن له معرفة بالأحكام، ومزاولة الفصل في نوازل الخصام، وكانت له وطأة شديدة على أهل الجاه، ليس لعثارهم عنده (٥) من إقالة، وكانت له عناية تامة باقتناء الكتب العلمية، وكسبها واتخاذ الدواوين الفقهية بين استنساخها وكتبها. أخذ عن أبى جعفر: أحمد بن سعيد القزاز (٦) وابن مسمعون، وعنالأستاذ أبى جعفر بن الزبير. توفى سنة ٧٢٧ ودفن بظاهر «سلا» بشالة التربة المقدسة (١) المعروفة خارج رباط الفنح مولده ليلة الاثنين لست خلون من شوال سنة ٦٥٣/.
