١٢٩٥ - على بن سليمان بن عثمان التاملى. الفقيه البركة، المحسن، عمدة المساكين، صاحب المظالم عند المخدوم مولانا أبى العباس: أحمد المنصور الشريف الحسنى. وبيتهم بحزولة بيت علم وصلاح ونباهة وهو ولد أخى الفقيه الأعظم أبى على: الحسن بن عثمان التاملى الذى تقدم ذكره ومن محاسنه أنه لم تثبت عنه رشوة قط، ولا أكل ثمن الجاه منذولى خطته، ولا سمع عنه.مولده تقريبا بعد ٩٣٠ فيما يغلب على الظن، وهو حىّ من أهل العصر، أعقل أهل زمانه، وأعلمهم بالأمور.
