١١٨٥ - عمر بن محمد بن عمر بن خواجا شرف الدين الفارسى الأصل الدمشقى أبو حفص. أحد العدول. كان صالحا، محسنا للفقراء، كتب كثيرا بخطه الرائق من الكتب. مولده في صفر سنة ٦١٣ سمع البخارى على ابن الزبيدى، وسمع أبا بكر ابن محمد السريجى (٢)، وابن اللّتّى، وأبا عمرو بن الصلاح، وكريمة بنت عبد الوهاب، وولى مشيخة دار الحديث الظاهرية إلى أن توفى في ربيع الأول سنة ٧٢ (٣).
