١١٢٧ - عبد الحميد بن أبى البركات بن أبى الدنيا الصّدفى، مفتى الديار (٥) الإفريقية. ولد سنة ٦٠٦ وله تآليف. منها: عقيدته (١) فى أصول الدين، وكتابه فيمن لقى من الصالحين، وكتاب: «الإيضاح والبيان، فى العمل بالظن المعتبر شرعا بالسنة الصحيحة والقرآن».أخذ عن الفقيه المسند أبى على: الحسين بن يوسف بن الحسين الشاطبى: قرأ عليه الملخّص لأبى الحسن/القابسى، وكتاب التقصّى لأبى عمر ابن عبد البرّ، وأخذ عن الفقيه الراوية أبى محمد: عبد الله بن محرز النميمى، عرف بابن السفر (١). توفى في الثانى والعشرين لربيع الأول عام ٦٨٣ (٢).
