١٠٩٧ - عبد الواحد بن أحمد الحميدى. قاضى الجماعة بمدينة فاس المحروسة، ولما جرى ذكر قاضى الجماعة (٣) فاعلم أنه قد جرى (٣) العرف بتونس، والأندلس، وغيرهما بذكر قاضى (٤) الجماعة (٥) وذكر قاضى الأنكحة فإنه جرى الأمر من قبل الأمر بأن نظر قاضى الجماعة (٥) عامّ حتى على قاضى الأنكحة، وأنه كالنائب عن قاضى الجماعة. ولد سنة ٩٣٠ (٦) (٧) توفى سنة ١٠٠٣ (٧).
