١٠٠٥ - عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن محمد الشهير بابن خير الإسكندرى. أخذ الفقه عن أبيه، وولى القضاء بعد علم الدين البساطى، وعزل ثم أعيد بعد عزل ابن خلدون. توفى في شهر رمضان سنة ٧٩١ (٤). ١٠٠٦ - عبد الرحمن بن قنفذ (٥) القسنطينى (٦). الخطيب الطبيب، غير صاحب العشرات (٧) فى التاريخ (٨).توفى سنة نيف وتسعين وسبعمائة (١).
