٧٣٤ - محمد بن سعيد بن خليل بن سليمان الرومى المرزبانى الحنفى شمس الدين. كان عارفا بالفقه، والنحو/، والتصريف (٣)، وغير ذلك. ولّى خزانة الشّيخونية بعد أبيه؛ فحفظها أحسن حفظ. وكان رجلا صالحا كثير الانقباض عن الناس؛ قال السيوطى: «صحبته سنين فلم أر عليه ما يكره». ولم يتزوّج. قرأ على الشيخ: عمر بن فريد (٤)، وعبد السلام البغدادى، وغيرهما، وقرأ عليه جماعة منهم السّيوطى فى أول طلبه. توفى يوم الاثنين العشرين من شعبان سنة ٨٦٧.
