٦٩٩ - محمد بن أبى الفضل العقاد الشريف المكى أبو عبد الله. أحد الواردين على إيالة مولانا أبى العباس المنصور، أبقاه الله تعالى بمنه وكان أديبا ناظما. من نظمه: لا وفرع كدحى الليل الغسق ... وجبين ضوءه ضوء الفلق ومحيّا كلف البدر به ... وحديد؟ ؟ ؟ من حواليه شفق ما رأى الغزلان إلا سرقت ... منه جيدا والتفاتا وحدقأخذتها فتولّت شردا ... كيف لا يشرد خوفا من سرق؟ ! توفى بالقسطنطينية بعد ٩٩٠.
