٣١١ - أيوب بن نعمة بن محمد المقدسى النابلسى، الشيخ الأجل الحكيم، الماهر المحدّث زين الدين [أبو] الصبر.والحكيم عندهم عبارة عن الناظر فى العيون لا فى الأبدان؛ لأن هذا هو الطبيب عندهم. ولد تقريبا فى عام ٦٣٩؛ لأنه قال: سماعاتى على ابن أبى الفضل المرسى عام ٦٤٦. وأخذ عن فرج بن عبد الله مولى أبى جعفر القرطبى، وعن أبى محمد: عبد الكريم بن عبد الصمد الحرشانى، وأبى محمد: عبد الله بن بركات الخشوعى، وشهاب الدين: عبد الرحمن بن إسماعيل بن أبى شامة الدمشقى. أخذ عنه ابن جابر الوادى آشى بالقاهرة وأجاز له، ولم يذكر وفاته.
