٢٣٠ - إبراهيم بن حسن بن على بن عبد الرفيع الرّبعى. قاضى الجماعة بتونس المحروسة فى خمس دول، الفقيه المدرّس الخطيب المفتى، مولده بها عام ٦٣٩ أخذ عن القاضى أبى عبد الله: محمد بن عبد الجبار الرّعينى السوسى (٢)، وأبى عمرو: عثمان بن سفيان بن عثمان التّميمي [بن الشقر]، وعبد الله بن محمد بن أحمد بن الحجام. ومن تآليفه: «الأربعون حديثا» وهو أخذ عنه ابن جابر الوادى آشى، وعده فى مشيخته [وهو] صاحب تأليف «معين الحكّام (٣)» واختصر «مسائل ابن رشد (٤)» وردّ على ابن حزم فى اعتراضه على مالك (٥).توفى سنة ٧٣٣ وقيل ٧٣٤ (١).
