١٦٣ - أحمد بن سعد بن محمد بن أحمد القرشى. من أهل حصن أندرش، من عمل المرية. أبو جعفر، ويعرف بالعكرى، قرأ بالمرية على الأستاذ أبى الحسن بن أبى العيش، وقرأ بأندرش على القاضى القاسم (٢) بن أحمد بن جابر، وتفقه به، وناب بها عنه، وأخذ عن الأستاذ أبى عبد الله: محمد بن محمد الأموى، ورحل إلى المشرق سنة ٧١٧ وقصد الشام، فنزل دمشق، واتخذها وطنا ومسكنا إلى انقضاء عمره. وكان يستظهر مختصر ابن الحاجب الأصلى والفرعى ورجع فى آخر عمره إلى مذهب الشافعية توفى سنة ٧٥٠ أو ٧٥١ (٣).
