١٦٠ - أحمد بن محمد بن أبى (٢) بكر القيسى. من أهل المرّية. أبو جعفر، يعرف بالسياسى، وكان يحترف بالتوثيق، فيقصده الناس لدماثة أخلاقه، وكان من شعراء المرّية وأدبائها، حافظا لكثير من اللغة وأشعار المولدين، مرتاضا (٣) فى أعمال الحساب، وله شعر، إلا أنه كان يميل فيه إلى التعمق [والألفاظ الوحشية] (٤) فخلت منه خزائن الحفاظ. وكان مولعا بالسيمياء والأسماء والأوفاق، وغير ذلك من الرياضات. توفى بالمرّية سنة ٧٤٥.
