٩٨ - أحمد بن أحمد بن نعجة بن أحمد شرف الدين النابلسى المقدسى. بقيّة الأعلام، كان إماما فقيها محققا متقنا للمذهب، والأصول، والعربية، والنظر، حادّ الذهن، سريع الفهم. وسمع من ابن الصلاح، والسخاوى، وجماعة، وتفقه على عزّ الدين بن عبد السلام، وتخرّج به جماعة من الأئمة، وانتهت إليه رياسة المذهب، وجمع بين طريقى الرازى والآمدى، فى الأصول، فى مصنف. وكان متواضعا، كيّسا، حسن الأخلاق، طويل الروح على التعليم، يخطب من إنشائه. ولد سنة ٦٢٢. من نظمه: اجنح إلى الزهر لتحظى به ... وارم جمار الهمّ مستهترا من لم يطف بالزهر فى وقته ... من قبل أن يخلق قد قصراتوفى سنة ٦٧٤ (١).
