٧٤ - أحمد ابن إبراهيم بن على العساة (٤). نسبة إلى عسالق عرب. كان (٥) فقيها نحويا مفسّرا [محدثا] وله معرفة تامةبالرجال والتواريخ، ويد قوية فى أصول الدين. تفقه بأبيه وبغيره، ولم يكن يخاف فى الله لومة لائم [فى إنكار ما ينكره الشرع (١)]. لازم التدريس، وإسماع الحديث، والعكوف على العلم، وعليه نور، وهيبة. توفى سنة ٨٠٦ عن ست وثمانين سنة (٢).
