[يوسف بالى] بن شمس الدين محمد بن حمزة الفنارى هو الأخ الصغير لمحمد شاه كان عالماً فاضلا أخذ عن أبيه فباغ رتبة الفضل والكمال وله قوة عالية في البحث والجدل وفوض إليه تدريس السلطانية بعد أخيه ببروسا ثم استقضي بها ومات قاضيا بقسطنطينية سنة ست وأربعين وثمانمائة في دولة مراد خان ابن محمد خان.
