    [يوسف بن أحمد] بن أبي بكر نجم الدين الخاصى نسبة إلى الخاص قرية من قرى خوارزم كان إمامًا فاضلًا أخذ عن أبي بكر محمد بن عبد الله من أقران عمر النسفي وعن الصدر الشهيد حسام الدين عمر وعن الحسن قاضيخان ومن تصانيفه الفتاوى. (قال الجامع) ذكر القارى أنه كان في أوائل المائة السادسة وإن له الفتاوي ومختصر الفصول وذكر صاحب الكشف وفاته عند ذكر الفصول في الأصول سنة أربع وثلاثين وستمائة.
