[محمد بن عمر] بن محمد ظهير الدين النوحاباذي نسبته إلى نوحابتذ بفتح النون وسكون الواو ثم الحاء المهملة بعدها ألف ثم باء موحدة بعدها ألف ثم ذال معجمة قرية من قرى بخارى كان شيخاً عالماً فقيهاً عارفاً بالمذهب تفقه على شمس الأئمة الكردري له تصانيف في العلوم منها كشف الابهام لرفع الأوهام وكشف الأسرار في أصول الفقه وقدم دمشق ودرس ببغداد وكان مولده في الثاني والعشرين من شوال سنة ست عشرة وستمائة ذكره ابن رافع ولم يذكر وفاته.
