    [على بن أحمد] بن مكى حسام الدين الرازى فقيه فاضل له تصانيف منها خلاصة الدلائل وتنقيح المسائل وهو كتاب وضعه شرحًا مختصر القدوري وعن ابن عساكر قدم حسام الدين دمشق وسكنها وكان يدرس ويفتي على مذهب أبي حنيفة توفي سنة ثمان وتسعين وخمسمائة. (قال الجامع) ذكر القارى أن له سلوة الهموم جمعه وقد مات له ولد وقال وضع كتابا نفيسًا على مختصر القدوري سماه خلاصة الدلائل قال صاحب الجواهر المضية الشيخ عبد القادر القرشي هو كتابي الذي حفظنه في الفقه وخرجت أحاديثه في مجلد ضخم ووضعت عليه شرحًا وصلت فيه إلى كتاب الشركة حين كتابتي لهذه الترجمة في يوم الجمعة سنة تسع وخمسين وسبعمائة.
