(عبد المجيد) بن إسماعيل بن محمد أبو سعد القيسي الهروي قاضي بلاد الروم تفقه بما وراء النهر على جماعة منهم فخر الإسلام على البزدوى ودرس ببغداد والبصرة وهمدان وبلاد الروم وقدم دمشق سنة أربع وثلاثين وخمسمائة وتوفي يقيسارية سنة سبع وثلاثين وخسمائة وله مصنفات في الفروع والأصول أخذ عنه ولداه إسماعيل وأحمد.
