[عبد الكريم] بن يوسف بن محمد بن عباس أبو نصر علاء الدين الدينارى في الجواهر المضية ولد سنة سبع عشرة وخمسمائة ومات سنة تسعين وخمسمائة وعن ابن النجار فقيه حنفي عمر حتى أدركناه وسمع منه أصحابنا ولم يتفق لنا لقاؤه وله الفتاوي المعروفة والدينار بكسر الدال قرية بالقرب من استراباد منها عبد الكريم هذا وأبو الفتح عبد الجبار بن أحمد كانت ولادته سنة تسع وخمسين وثلمائة وهو كان يميل إلى مذهب أبي حنيفة وينحو نحو الاعتزال.
