[عالي] بن إبراهيم بن إسماعيل ناصر الدين أبو على الغزنوي وذكر عبد القادر أن اسمه غالب صاحب فنون التفسير والفقه والجدل والأصول له تفسير القرآن أبدع فيه والمشارع في الفقه والمنابع شرحه وكانت وفاته سنة اثنتين وثمانين وخمسمائة. (قال الجامع) أرخ صاحب الكشف وفاته سنة إحدى وثمانين وخمسمائة ونسب إليه المنابع شرح المشارع ونسب المشارع إلى نجم الدين عمر بن محمد النسفي المتوفى سنة سبع وثلاثين وخمسمائة وذكر أن أوله الحمد لله الذى أغنى الفقهاء بالإمداد من نفائس كنوزه إلخ.
