(الحسن بن أحمد) بن الحسن بن انوشروان قاضى القضاة حسام الدين الرازى كان إماما علامة كاملا فاضلا رأساً في الفروع والأصول له اليد الطولى في الحديث والتفسير كان مولده سنة إحدى وثلاثين وستمائة وورد دمشق سنة خمس وسبعين وتولى بها القضاء عشرين سنة ثم ورد مصر فتولى بها القضاء أربع سنين ومات في وقعة التتار سنة تسع وتسعين وستمائة. (قال الجامع) أرخ السيوطي في حسن المحاضرة وفاته سنة تسع وستين وستمائة وقال كان إماما علامة كثير الفضائل ولى قضاء الحنفية بالديار المصرية وقضاء الشام.
