(أحمد بن العباس) بن الحسين بن عياض أبو نصر العياضى من نسل سعد بن عبادة الأنصاري الخزرجي الفقيه السمرقندي أخذ الفقه مع الإمام أبي منصور الماريدي عن أبي بكر أحمد بن إسحاق الجوزجاني عن أبي سليمان موسى الجوزجاني عن محمد وأخذ عنه والده أبو أحمد نصر بن أحد العياضي وأبو بكر محمد العياضي وجماعة كثيرة ومات شهيداً وحكايته أن حد الإسلام يومئذ كانت اسبيجاب فذهب أبو نصر مع ابنه ابي أحمد وهو غلام مراهق إلى الغزو فأسره الكفار وقتلوه (قال الجامع) يأتي ذكر ابنه نصر وابنه محمد وهناك يساق نسبه إلى سعد بن عبادة إن شاء الله تعالى ويذكر وجه نسبته.
