    ٣٠٠٥ - (ت ١٣٥٦ هـ): عبدُ العزيز بنُ محمَّد بنِ عبدِ العزيز بنِ حمد بنِ عبدِ العزيز النجديُّ، الحَنْبَليُّ، قاضي تبوك. ذكره الشَّيخُ سليمانُ بنُ حمدان فيما قرأتهُ بخطِّه فقال: هو من قبيلة الوداعين من آلِ سُوَيْلِم أهل ثَادَق، قرأ على والده، وعلى الشَّيخ عبدِ الله بنِ فيصل، والحجازي ثم حَجَّ وقرأ على بعضِ العُلَماء بمكَّةَ في الفِقْهِ، والنَّحْوِ، والفرائض، وأصولِ الفقه، وغيرها، ثم عُيِّنَ قاضيًا في تبوكَ حتَّى توفيَ في صفرَ سَنَةَ ستٍّ وخمسينَ وثلاث مئة وألف. انتهى.
