٢٩٥٩ - (ت ١٣٤٠ هـ): الشيخُ سليمان البحيح النَّجديُّ الحنبليُّ. قال في "زهر الخمائل": قرأ وتعلَّم في بلادِهِ، ثم قَدِم حائل في أيام سُعود بن رشيد، وكان ضرير البَصَرِ، ذكيًا، حافظًا للقرآنِ، وكان يحفظُ كتاب "التوحيد" للشيخ محمد بن عبد الوهَّاب، ويَحفظ "متن الأربعين النووية" مع بعض التعليقات عليها، وكان جوَّالًا في القرى والبوادي، يَعظ ويُرشِدُ، ويدعو إلى الله، وكان أسلوبه رقيقًا، مُبكيًا، هدى الله به أُناسًا كثيرينَ من البادية، والظاهر أنه مات سنةَ أربعين وثلاث مئة وألف. انتهى.
