    ٢٩٠٣ - (ت ١٣٢٠ هـ): الشيخُ المقرئُ مباركٌ بن عَوَّاد الحنبلي النَّجْدي. قال في "زهر الخمائل" لم أقف على ولادته، ولعله قرأ القرآن على المتقدمين من علماء حائل، كان صالحًا، حافظًا، محمودًا، أخذ عنه القرآن ثلةٌ من العلماءِ بحائل، منهم شيخُنا الشيخُ حمود الحسين الشغدلي، والشيخ ناصر السعد الهويد، والشيخ سالم بن صالح السالم، والشيخ علي الأحمد آل عباس وغيرهم، ماتَ سَنَةَ عشرين وثلاث مئة وألف تقريبًا انتهى.
