    ٢٨٤٧ - (ت ١٢٧٧ هـ): الشَّيخ عَبد الرحمن بن حمد الثُّمَيْرِيُّ النَّجْديُّ الحنبليُّ القاضي. ذكره ابنُ عيسى في "ذَيْله على تَارِيخ ابن بِشْر"، وقال: هو العالم العَلَّامة الأوحد، كان قاضيًا في بُلْدان سُدَيْر، وكان محمود السِّيْرة، تُوُفَّي في شَهْر شَوَّال، سنةَ سَبْع وسبعين ومئتين وأَلْفٍ. انتهى. وقد ذكره ابن بِشْر (¬١) في تَرْجَمَة عبد الرحمن بن حسن، وقال: إنَّه أَخَذ العِلْم عن الشَّيخ عَبْد الرَّحمن المَذْكُور، وإنه تَوَلَّى القَضاء في سُدَيْر، ثم في الزُّلْفِي.
