    ٢٥٨٠ - (ت ٩٥٧ هـ): محيي الدين عبدُ القادِرِ بنُ عمرَ بن إِبراهيمَ بنِ مُفْلِح الرَّامِيني الأصل، الدَّمَشْقِي، الحنبلي. القاضي، أخو القاضي برهان الدين بنِ مفلح. ذكره ابن العماد (¬١) وقال: ناب في القضاء ببرَّ الشَّام، ثم بالمؤيديَّة، وقناة العوني، والميدان، والصَّالحية، وطالت إقامتُه بها نحو خمسٍ وثلاثين سنة، وكانت له مَعرفةٌ تامَّةٌ بأحوالِ القضاءِ، وتوفي بدمشقَ سنةَ سبعٍ وخمسينَ وتسع مئة، ودُفِنَ بمقبرةِ باب الفراديس. انتهى.
