٢٥١٣ - (ت ٩٠٥ هـ): محمد بن عثمان بن إسماعيل البَابيُّ، الحنبلي،شمسُ الدين، المعروف بابن الدُّغَيم، قاضي قُضاة حلب، وكاتب بِسِّرها، وناظر جيوشِهَا. ذكره النجم الغزي، وقال: كان ذكيًا فقيهًا متمولًا، توفي سنةَ خمس وتسع مئة. انتهى. وذكره ابن العماد (¬١) بنحوه.
