    ٢٤٦٣ - عمرُ بنُ محمدِ بنِ سعيد الزين البَعْلِي القَطَّان، الحنبلي، المعروف بابن البقسماطي. ذكره السَّخَاويُ في "الضوء" (¬١) وقال: ولد سنة ثمان وثمانين وسبع مئة ببعلبك، ونشأَ بها فقرأ القرآن عند طلحة العَنْبَري، وحفظ الخِرَقي، وعرضه على ابن الأقرب، والتقي إبراهيم بن مفلح وغيرهما، واشتغل في الفقه على ابن الأقرب، وسمع على أبي الفرج عبد الرَّحمن بن محمد بن الزغبوب، قرأ عليه غيرُ واحد وقرأت عليه، وكان إنسانًا حسنًا، يتكسب فيها ببيع القطن. انتهى.
