    ٢٣٨٠ - (ت ٨٩٢ هـ): جمالُ الدَّين يوسُف بنُ محمَّد الكفرسَبي، الحَنبلي. ذكره ابنُ العِماد (¬٣)، وقال: هو الفَقيهُ الصَّالحُ، كانَ من أهلِ الفَضْلِ، ومن أَخِصَّاءِ الشَّيخِ عَلاءِ الدَّين المَرْداوِيَّ، وقد أسندَ وصيَّته إليه عندَ موتِهِ، وتوفَّي بدمشقَ، سنةَ اثنتينِ وتسعينَ وثمان مئة. انتهى. وذكره السَّخاويُّ في "الضَّوء" (¬٤)، وقال: هو يوسُفُ بن محمَّد بن محمد الكفرسبي، ثم الدَّمشقِي، الصَّالحي، الحَنبلي. أخذَ الفقَه عن التَّقيَّ بن قُنْدُس، وكمل تفقُّهُهُ بتلمِيذِه العَلاءِ المَرْداوِيَّ. وسمعَ معي لمَّا كتَب بدمشقَ تبعًا لشَيخِه التَّقيَّ. انتهى.
