٢٣١٤ - (ت ٨٧٤ هـ): أحمد بن أحمد بن أحمد بن مُوْسى بن إبراهيمابن طَرْخان، شهابُ الدِّين، الحَنْبليُّ القاهِرِيُّ البَحْريُّ، المعروفُ بابن الضِّياء. ذكره السَّخَاوي في "الضَّوء" (¬١) وقال: أذن له العِزُّ الحنبليُّ في مباشرةِ الأوْقافِ التي تحتَ نظره. توفي يوم الاثنين ثالث ربيع الآخر، سنة أربعٍ وسبعين وثمان مئة، وقد جاوَزَ الخَمْسين. انتهى.
