    ٢٢٧٠ - (ت ٨٦٤ هـ): أحمد بن عبد الرَّحمن بن سُلَيْمان بن عبد الرَّحمن بن محمد بن تقيِّ الدِّين سُلَيْمان بن حَمْزة شِهَابُ الدِّين، المَقْدِسيُّ الصَّالِحِي الحَنْبليُّ. ذكره السَّخَاويُّ في "الضوء" (¬٥) وقال: ولد سنةَ خمسٍ وسبعين وسبع مئةتقريبًا بصالحيَّة دمشق، وسمِعَ وحدَّثَ، سَمِع منه الفُضَلاء، وهو من بيتِ عِلْمٍ وروايةٍ، محب في الحديث وأهله، مات يومَ الاثنين، تاسعَ شوَّال، سنةَ أربعٍ وستِّين وثمان مئة. انتهى.
